Dear Friends and Family,

Katie and I are looking forward to riding for hope next weekend on August 22nd. We are going to dress up in silly Christmas costumes and ride our favorite mountain bike trail about a hundred times over 24 hours to help raise money to fight childhood cancer. This bike ride benefits the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc.) which is a great charity dedicated to helping children battling cancer and blood disorders like aplastic anemia and sickle cell disease. The Trek 100 is the largest annual fund-raiser in the 43-year history of the MACC Fund. It has helped raise $16.3 million since 1990.
