I am riding in the 30th Annual Trek 100 bike ride on August 22nd in memory of my teammate Matthew James Wittig (1984-2005). Please consider supporting my efforts as I ride to find a cure for childhood cancers and related blood disorders. The MACC Fund has contributed over $65 million to pediatric cancer research sine 1976 and has played an important role in raising the overall cure rate for childhood cancer from 20% to 80% in that time. Yet, even children in the 80% category can still relapse and have 'late effect' issues which require additional research.
