Information for registered riders

Thanks for riding with us! Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your ride.
(If you missed the cutoff for online registration, you can register day-of at the Waterloo Trailhead Building at 670 McKay Way)

Day-of Registration Form

Before the ride:

  1. Check how long it will take you to drive to the start at 801 W. Madison St. Waterloo, WI 53594.
  2. Double-check your packing list:
    • Helmet
    • Bicycle
    • Water bottles
    • Spare tube and flat kit
    • Your rider numbers- one on your bike, one on your jersey.
    • Cash or credit card to shop for Trek 100 gear.
  3. Check on your bike a few days beforehand to ensure it’s in proper working order.
  4. Program the Trek 100 call center numbers into your phone in case of emergency: 414-839-7695 and 414-202-6621.
  5. To ensure that the Trek 100 remains the best bike ride around, we ask for your cooperation in riding safely and following these rules of the road:
    • Wear a helmet at all times while riding a bike.
    • Observe the laws of the road. This includes obeying all road signs, including stop signs.
    • Slow down as you approach every intersection and look both ways before crossing the road.
    • Roads are in varying levels of condition. Pay attention to pot holes and other road hazards.
    • Do not ride in large groups. Ride no more than two across.
    • Stay to the right of the road at all times.
    • Prior to starting the ride, make sure that your bike is in good, working condition.
    • You are responsible for your own safety while on the road, so ride with caution and do not go faster than you feel comfortable.

Local law enforcement will be out to assist at several of the busier intersections on the course,
but they need your cooperation to make sure the Trek 100 remains an awesome experience.
